2 Days Jinja-Kampala Sightseeing

2 Days Jinja Tours, Nature and Sightseeing including the Source of River Nile plus Ssezibwa Falls and Mabira Forest on the way.

Full Itinerary 

Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Jinja.

Early in the morning after your breakfast, you will set off to Jinja in north eastern direction which takes about 1:30 hours’ drive, about 80 kilometers. Before you reach in Jinja, You will make a stop at Ssezibwa Falls which has magical sights and great cultural attachment to local community. Continue to Mabira for a forest walk to have an encounter with the lush bio-diversity of this pre-historic forest. The bird sights and great mature trees will impress you during the walk.  Proceed to Jinja for an impressive afternoon/evening boat cruise to the source of the Nile. Dinner and overnight stay at Jinja Nile Resort (Luxury), King Fisher Safaris Resort (Midrange) or Nile Explorers Camp Bujagali (Budget).

Day 2: Half day white water rafting, bungee jumping and drive back to Kampala.

Enjoy your morning breakfast at your lodge and embark on your half day rafting encounter. You will be briefed about rafting and later get on boat already with your gears. The Nile Rapids are there to test you capacity to neutralize them. The experience of being washed away from you boats is surely very exciting as swim with your boat on top of Nile rapids, you will be getting off from the boat as you swim on top of the waterfalls but the team of experts will help you get back safely. After the rafting experience, you head for another life time adventure, the Bungee jumping. The experience of falling from the cliff to touch the waters of the Nile will definitely leave you with outstanding memories. After this experience, you will drive back to Kampala. End of the Jinja Tour.
