Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Lake Bunyonyi for a Nature tour
In the morning, our driver-guide picks you from your hotel in Kampala and drives you to Lake Bunyonyi in south western Uganda between Kisoro and Kabale near the Uganda–Rwanda boarder. Along the way, stop at Mpambire Drum makers and the Uganda Equator along the road, for souvenirs and photo moment. Proceed through Masaka and have a lunch break in Mbarara town before driving further to Kabale. On reaching Kabale, then head for Lake Bunyonyi late in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Bunyonyi Safari Resort, Bunyonyi Overland Resort or Arcadia Cottages.
Day 2: Lake Bunyonyi Tour: Visit Batwa, Canoe ride/cruise, Birding and sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the distinctive Batwa and Abaheesi (black smiths) societies or to the Bukora Cave. Have lunch at the resort and use the afternoon or evening for a boat ride, canoeing or go for a cycling tour of the area, going to Orugano Rain Forest which has diverse plants and animals and some community tourism through interaction with the Batwa (pygmies) who inhabit parts of the forest and its surrounding areas. Day 3: Drive back to Kampala
